With twenty years experience in this service alone, The Day Companies, Inc. has audited the files of hundreds of HHG carriers. To this day, we still average $11.00 per file of revenue during our post-audit. There is no charge to you, the carrier, for this service. We split the proceeds after the audit is completed, having all monies come to a local bank, BankFirst, and issue you a check for your percentage on a weekly basis.

We arrange transportation in our own vehicles of your boxes to our office, store them in our warehouse, and return them to you in the same, if not better, condition than when we picked them up. If you need a file for any reason while it is in our possession, we will pull that file and send it to you via courier so that you are not inconvenienced while the files are being post-audited.

The statute of limitations on HHG invoicing is three years (with some extra parameters that may extend the time), so we like to stay within two years of current files in our post-audit. Contact Sue@daycos.com for a pickup or to talk further about our post-audit service.
