General Services Administration (GSA) is entitled to perform a post-audit of invoices paid by the different finance centers involved in HHG transportation. Discrepancies found during their post-audit often generate Notices of Overcharge. For $3.50, we will review this Notice of Overcharge, your shipment file, and advise you of the results of our review. If the Notice of Overcharge is incorrect, for an additional $16.50, we will protest the Notice of Overcharge, and follow through all channels until the matter is resolved.
